"Looks decent once you survive the install"
I’ll give it this much: once it’s finally put together, it doesn’t look bad. Getting there, though, was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. Some of the parts didn’t line up right, and the instructions were about as helpful as a rough guess. I ended up having to redo a couple steps twice, so what should’ve been a simple install turned into a whole project. Definitely not what I’d call easy

"Website takes some patience"
I was trying to track down a few parts, and after a while I started noticing the same little issues popping up over and over. The pages were loading slower than I expected, the filters didn’t really narrow things down the way I thought they would, and browsing felt kind of clunky in general. I did eventually find what I needed, but the whole process took more effort than it should have.

"Inventory info was completely wrong"
I ordered this because the website said it was available, and then a few days later I was told it actually wasn’t in stock. Like, how is this okay? I wasted time waiting around for something they apparently didn’t even have. I really wish they’d keep their inventory updated because this was just frustrating.

I’m not totally sure what happened, but I’m certain this wasn’t my order. The items I got weren’t even close to what I ordered, so it was really disappointing.

I reached out with what I thought was a basic tuning question, and the answer I got just didn’t sound quite right to me. Maybe it was just that one interaction, but it made me wonder how solid their tech help is overall. They might be fine if you’re just ordering parts, but for advice, I ended up going somewhere else

"Prices just seem kinda high"
I was thinking about ordering from Moe's Performance, but the prices just felt a bit steep for what it was. I did a quick look around and found similar stuff for less elsewhere. I’m sure it might make sense for some people, but for me it just didn’t really feel worth it

"Honestly, not worth the hassle"
I ordered this sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, I wasn’t happy with how it turned out. The whole thing just felt more frustrating than it was worth, and I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Shipping took way longer than expected"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking of ordering, my package took weeks to arrive, and I didn’t get any updates along the way. The waiting was frustrating, especially not knowing what was going on. If you need something quickly, you might want to check shipping times first or reach out to customer service before ordering

"Didn’t notice much difference, and support felt robotic"
I bought these parts hoping I’d feel a real bump in performance, but the truck feels pretty much the same to me. If anything, it’s just a little louder. For what I paid, I expected more, so I’m disappointed. I also reached out with a couple questions and the email replies felt like they were written by a robot, not an actual person, which didn’t help. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless you already know exactly what kind of results to expect.
